Beth’s New Life

I am in a place of personal growth. I am writing a lot. I am going to school. I am working out. I am trying to eat right. This is my life.

The most important thing you can do to change your life is to start right now. As of this moment, make a decision to do one positive thing to change yourself. Make a goal, make a plan. Write it down. Go for a walk. Lift some weights. Put down the candy bar, pick up an apple. Go to a Farmer’s market. Do one thing to make someone else’s life happier today.

This is my life. I am trying to become the person I have always wanted to be.
